Deleting your Alovy account
You can delete your account and all data tied to it at any time, from inside the app. This page explains the steps and what happens next.
In the app

Open Profile → Settings → Security.

Choose Delete account and confirm.

Enter the one-time code we email you — this proves it is really you.

Done: you are signed out and the erasure runs immediately.
What is deleted
Your profile, sitter listing, bookings, chats, care profiles you own and every routine entry attached to them, your encrypted backup, your push tokens, and your sign-in itself. Ratings you gave lose their text; the stars stay inside the other person's overall score as an anonymous count, so nobody's reputation depends on whether you keep your account. Ratings you received are deleted with your account.
What stays on your phone
Routines tracked in the account-free mode live only on the device — uninstalling the app removes them. Nothing of that ever reached us.
No access to the app anymore?
Email us from the address you signed up with and ask for deletion. We reply to that address asking you to confirm; once you do, we erase the account and tell you it is done — usually within days, always within 30 days.
